The Los Angeles Rams will remain without star pass rusher Myles Garrett for their upcoming Monday Night Football contest against the Buffalo Bills. Head coach Sean McVay confirmed that the defensive standout is not expected to return to the field this week, as the team continues to monitor his recovery from a knee injury that has sidelined him for three of the season's first four games.
While Garrett has made progress in his rehabilitation, the organization is not yet prepared to activate his practice window. In his absence, Josaiah Stewart has taken on increased responsibilities, supported by depth options Desjuan Johnson and Wesley Bailey.
The Rams are currently looking to build momentum following a recent win over the Philadelphia Eagles, though they will have to face Josh Allen and the Bills without their premier edge defender.
