Hibs appoint 35-year-old Reedijk as new boss

Hibernian have officially chosen Marink Reedijk to take charge as their new head coach following the departure of David Gray less than two weeks prior. The thirty-five-year-old manager moves to the Scottish club after guiding SK Beveren to a championship victory in the Belgian second division without dropping a single match.

His professional background also includes previous coaching roles within the youth setups at Ajax and West Bromwich Albion. Sporting director Malky Mackay and executive chairman Ian Gordon both praised the incoming boss for his clear vision and energetic style, while Reedijk himself expressed enthusiasm for joining such a prominent organization and preparing the squad for an upcoming fixture against Dundee United.
