Millwall and West Ham are set to renew their historic Dockers derby for the 100th edition of the fixture, ending a 14-year hiatus dating back to February 2012 when the visiting side won at Upton Park. The lunchtime contest at The Den pits two clubs looking to rebound from difficult prior campaigns, following the Hammers' drop from the top flight and the Lions' elimination in the Championship promotion play-offs.
