Commanders designate CB Trey Amos, DE Deatrich Wise, RB Jeremy McNichols for return

The Washington Commanders have begun reactivating key players from their injury lists ahead of a critical stretch of games. Cornerback Trey Amos and running back Jeremy McNichols, both currently on injured reserve, will join defensive end Deatrich Wise, who has been on the physically unable to perform list.

All three players cleared to return to practice on Wednesday, marking the start of a 21-day window to regain full readiness. Their availability could be pivotal as the Commanders prepare for their Week 5 matchup against the New York Giants, with any or all of them potentially activated before the season’s deadline for returning injured players.
