Bryson DeChambeau’s teammate comments on whether he would like to continue playing on LIV Golf

October 13, 2026

Anirban Lahiri, a key member of Bryson DeChambeau’s Crushers team in LIV Golf, has hinted at his uncertainty about the league’s future while expressing personal support for its continuation. Lahiri, one of only two players to remain with the Crushers since the 2023 season, acknowledged the league’s turbulent financial situation, including its recent bankruptcy filing, but stopped short of confirming whether he would stay beyond this year.

He emphasized that his decision hinges on what he believes is best for his career and family, though he admitted LIV has been a rewarding experience over the past four years. Lahiri’s comments come as speculation grows about whether other Crushers teammates might follow DeChambeau’s lead—or potentially leave if the two-time US Open champion himself departs.

With LIV’s structure expected to change drastically moving forward, Lahiri urged patience, suggesting clarity on players’ futures would emerge within a month or two. His focus remains on his upcoming tournaments, including the DP World Tour India Championship and events in Hong Kong and the Philippines, where he aims to maintain his competitive edge regardless of the league’s direction.
