BREAKING: Wisconsin lands five star edge in massive recruiting win

The Wisconsin Badgers secured the biggest recruiting victory of the Luke Fickell era on Thursday by landing a commitment from elite 2028 defensive lineman Jalanie George. The highly sought-after prospect chose Wisconsin despite holding thirty-six total offers and previously considering powerhouse programs such as Auburn, Ohio State, Washington, Miami, Oklahoma, and Florida.

To bolster the class further, Wisconsin also secured commitments from two of George's high school teammates for the 2027 class, defensive lineman Yahzeen Zion and linebacker Nathan Jones. George joins a 2028 commitment group that already features four-star linebacker Cale Britt and in-state offensive lineman Brock Barrows.
