Middleweight fighters Bo Nickal and Joe Pyfer have been booked for a three-round clash at UFC 335, scheduled for December 12 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The promotion officially confirmed the matchup during the broadcast of UFC 332.
Nickal enters this contest following a knockout victory over Kyle Daukaus at UFC Freedom 250 in June, while Pyfer secured a technical knockout win against Israel Adesanya at UFC Seattle earlier in the year. The winner of this upcoming battle will position themselves close to a championship opportunity in a crowded middleweight division.
The December card features a main event between Charles Oliveira and Diego Lopes, alongside a heavyweight co-main event matching Alex Pereira against Sergei Pavlovich. Additional preliminary action includes a flyweight bout featuring Brandon Moreno facing Charles Johnson.
A previously discussed middleweight title rematch matching champion Sean Strickland and Nassourdine Imavov was ultimately scrapped from this scheduled event.
