BCCI convenes IPL stakeholders meeting on October 15 for landmark 20th edition

The governing body for cricket in India has scheduled an important gathering with franchise executives, television partners, and regional organizers to kick off preparations for the upcoming twentieth season of the T20 tournament. Board official Devajit Saikia announced that the October 15 session will serve as an opportunity to analyze operational lessons from previous years and coordinate logistics for the milestone 2027 competition.

While final confirmation is still pending, the gathering is tentatively slated to take place at Taj Santacruz in Mumbai starting at 6 pm. Discussions during the upcoming assembly will center on match-day operations, venue management, and addressing feedback from stakeholders to ensure the anniversary edition runs smoothly.
