Arsenal cruise to Champions League win over Lille

Arsenal maintained their perfect start in the Champions League by defeating Lille 3-0 at home. After a scoreless first hour, Jurrien Timber broke the deadlock with a chip over the goalkeeper following a pass from Noni Madueke.

Eberechi Eze doubled the advantage shortly after, assisted by Bukayo Saka, who then netted the final goal himself after combining with Martin Odegaard and Kai Havertz. Manager Mikel Arteta utilized his bench effectively, making five changes to his starting lineup as the club manages a demanding schedule of eight matches in 25 days.

Bruno Guimaraes made his first start at the stadium, while Max Dowman also appeared as a substitute in the victory.
