The 2026 Kansas City Royals season featured 170 home runs, marking the second-highest total in franchise history and an increase of eleven from the previous year. Notable highlights included a dramatic comeback victory against the Angels on April 26, where Jac Caglianone tied the game with a ninth-inning blast before Lane Thomas secured the win with a walk-off home run.

Additionally, Bobby Witt Jr. recorded an inside-the-park home run against the Tigers on May 9, and Carter Jensen launched the team's longest home run of the year at 449 feet during a July 2 matchup against the Rays.
